The first step to solve such a problem is to uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015Redistributable(X86) manually from the Windows Control Panel. You have to restart your PC for it to take effect.
After that, please apply all available Windows Updates and check if the Microsoft application comes back or not.
If there is no Microsoft Visual C++ 2015Redistributable(X86), please install ‘Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015(x86)’ with administrative privileges from the following Microsoft web page:
Then you should able to install Nero again.
Note: You can try these steps by any other similar error message (uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2017Redistributable(x86) from Windows Control Panel ).
