1. Confirm whether your burner supports dual-layer burning.
2. Reduce the burning speed: high-speed burning may cause the second layer to fail. It is recommended to use the lowest speed (such as 2.4x or 4x)
3. Burning mode: Select DAO (Disc-At-Once) instead of TAO (Track-At-Once) to ensure one-time writing.
4. Laser head aging: After the burner has been used for many years, the laser head power decreases and may not be able to write to the second layer. Try to burn with another disc burner.
5. Data cable/interface: Replace the SATA/USB cable or interface to eliminate transmission problems.
6. Firmware/driver update: Go to the official website of the burner to download the latest firmware/driver upgrade.
