The first model is a subscription.

The second model is a permanent license.

With the permanent license, it allows you to use the current version of the software with a one-time upfront payment for a lifetime. Ideal for users seeking continuous access without ongoing updates or recurring fees.  

No additional features or functionality will be provided after the release of the next Unlimited version.
