If you encounter an error while exporting videos, you can try below:

1. Please go to C:\Users\[Current User]\AppData\Roaming\Nero\[Current Nero Version]\Nero Vision, copy current files  "NeroExportServerLog.txt" and "NeroVideoLog.txt" to another folder then send us after below steps.

2. Did you check "Hardware Acceleration" when exporting? If yes, please uncheck and try export again.  

3. Select other formats and try if export could be successful or not.

4. If it still fails, would you please use the sample video (Flower Meadow) to export, check if it exports ok?


Please send us the logs in step 1, and the results of above steps when you create a ticket. It will help us analyze the problem and provide a solution more quickly.
