I have bought Nero Platinum lifetime version, but cannot activate TuneItUp Pro

I have bought Nero Platinum lifetime version, but the Pro version of "Nero TuneItUp" does not activate. I'm constantly being redirected to the product page and asked to buy the program. Why?

Nero Platinum lifetime version include Nero TuneItUp basic not PRO.

Nero Platinum Subscription include Nero TuneItUp PRO.
