1.You can upload NeroSupport.cab to any cloud and share the link to us.
2.You can change to another email and send us the NeroSupport.cab file . (don't forget to include the email history to make us understand the problem in a new support ticket )
3.You can also change the file extension of NeroSupport.cab to NeroSupport.txt as attachment. Some email clients block the .cab file (e.g. Google Mail).
