Nero Disc to Device could not finish loading my disc. What should I do?

The problem you have encountered may be due to Disc to Device online update.

Therefore, please just try to reinstall "Disc to Device" by following steps:

Please download zip file from here to your PC.
unzip it.
Run "uninstall.bat". It will uninstall D2D.
Go to Nero installation folder e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Nero\Nero D2D to make sure D2D has been uninstalled clearly.
Install Disc2Device application: Run "nero.disc2device.msi", it will install Disc to Device on your PC

After completing the installation process, check if Disc to Device is working properly.
