If you have paid for Nero but still get messages such as trial or expired, please check the below aspects:

 

  1. Please verify the email address on your Nero account and ensure you are signed in using the same email address you registered with at the time of purchase. 
  2. Check the default products of your Nero Start, and switch on the activated product as your default product in Nero Start.
